Seller reviewI had to take over power of attorney for my aunt and uncle this year, and also took on the responsiblity of selling their home. The home was not in good shape. Valorie Gern was extremely helpful in setting a good price, getting feedback from viewings, helping set up needed repairs, and even doing some repairs herself! She was always available, even though the home is far from her. I would definitely want Valorie again as a real estate agent, and I would definitely recommend her to others as well.
