Buyer reviewIt feels empowering as first time buyers to have Vanessa on our side when house hunting. We were at our wits end, and decided we had less than 30 days to get in contract on a home before taking a year off to reassess. I thought we couldn't get a home in that timeframe, but Vanessa did. I thought we couldn't get a home in a nice location, but Vanessa did. I thought we couldn't get a home without going 50k over budget with appraisal gap coverage and a waived inspection, but Vanessa did. We got a home, in budget, in our desired area, on our terms, because of Vanessa.
