Our agent Vanessa is aways great to deal with. Very kind, professional & knowledgeable of the industry. I really do not have anything but good things to say. She always is so nice and shows up with a smile! Always dresses appropriately and professional, which is rare these days. This was the second time we used Vanessa as our Agent and both times we had a wonderful experience!

It was a long road, with many obstacles in the way of me purchasing a home. I have probably been working with Vanessa for a year and a half now. We thought we had finally found the perfect home prior to finding the home that I actually purchased, we were moving along in the process when suddenly we came to a obstacle in the road that was actually on my end. At that point I was done and had given up hope of ever becoming a homeowner, however Vanessa kept working and moving right along. That's when she calls me and tells me about the townhouse on Pencombe, (the home that I purchased). Me not knowing, but she and the loan processor (Neil Brisset) had been talking and had apparently came up with a new plan. But to top it all off the particular townhouse was in the same area in which I had looked at another townhouse when Vanessa and I 1st started working together. That was the one I really wanted but for whatever reason didn't end up getting. You must remember that that was at least over a year ago when we looked at that one, but Vanessa never forgot that that was the one that I really wanted. Well I didn't get that one, but Vanessa worked very to to make sure that I got the one two maybe three doors over. That's what I call true dedication and care for her clients, and for that I will forever be grateful

We were lucky enough to find that kind of warmth and professionalism in Vanessa and we will forever be grateful to her for going above and beyond on the purchase of our first home!
