She not only followed up quickly to our every request (I know we weren't her only client), but also provided key information regarding price points, time limits, and information on the sequence of events from the point of offer to closing. She was diligent and thorough in her efforts for us. Buyer reviewAlthough Vanessa Martinez was selected for us by Realtor.com, she turned out to be the best fit. She was very accommodating and informative. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to get us an answer or contact someone for more information. Her responsiveness was excellent. We were interested in several properties over a two month time-frame, she remained patient, yet diligent, to find us our perfect home. She was professional and enthusiastic. She followed CDC COVID-19 recommended guidelines - which was very important to us. We would highly recommend Vanessa to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

Buyer reviewThis woman was awesome -- she helped guide me and took input from my relatives (who had definite ideas of their own) to help me navigate this market that I was unfamiliar with to find the best home for me and my elderly mother with mobility issues and particular needs. I can't say enough about how good she has been! She'll be a lifelong advisor in any real estate issues I address in future. I'll recommend her to my family members who are interested in buying a home. We ended up looking at lots of homes -- and she was with us all the way as we struggled with balancing convenience of location, price, separation from neighbors/yard size, layout of the rooms, and renovations.

This was our first home, and she took the time to teach us as much as she could, and if she didn't know the answer she would find it! She had no problem going through each step of the home buying process with us, to make sure we understood it all and to make sure the promises the builder made, were honored! She truly went above and beyond for us, and still is!
