She fought for us when any issues arose and kept us in the loop with updates regularly. She understood that we were new to the house buying business and made sure to point things out that we would not have realized other wise. She listened to us and treated us like family. She was so amazing! Vanessa deserves all the praise. Her knowledge came in so handy and she was a delight to work with. Vanessa was always available when we needed her by phone or email. Seller reviewVanessa went above and beyond when assisting me with the sale of this property. Absolutely sterling. There were difficulties associated with getting the home listed that were unusual and definitely not typical and Vanessa was there to assist in every way she possibly could. Additionally when it looked like the contract that I had might go sour due to financing issues she was available to insure this problem did not block closing. Furthermore, she continues to assist in any way possible for any residual problems that crop up. Vanessa is THE GO TO REALTOR as far as I am concerned for Laclede County and I have recommended her to people from neighboring counties as well.
