Other realtors were uneducated in the full benefits I was entitled to, Venetia was very knowledgeable on VA loans and several other benefits. When working with Venetia I was purchasing a home from out of state. Venetia showed me a dozen homes in the quick 24 hours I was in town to look at properties. She maximized our time together and helped us put in a few offers. When offers were accepted on weird conditions, Venetia explained them to us in layman terms and advised us how to move forward. We ended up buying our dream home with Venetia's help. I would recommend her to other homebuyers.
