She consistently went above & beyond the scope of her job & involvement in getting our house sold & closed in record time! ,,, she lives, & her office is 60-75 minutes from our home ,,, the distance was not a hindrance to her marketing skills, online & social media presence & networking with other agents to make sure our home sold in 3 weeks, during a very slow real estate time & a declining MI sellers market ,,, We were out of state at the time of our sale & Venissa jumped thru hoops helping us pack up, clean out & ready our home for a quick close, benefiting both us, (the sellers) & the out of state buyer ,,, I can not say enough about what a treasure Venissa is !
