Buyer reviewThis purchase was a challenge for both of us, dealing with unwilling seller and meeting with bank's house expectations but Veronica worked as a team with us and didn't give up as a result we got to closing and finally purchased house. Something that seemed impossible at some points in the process and this is where Veronica shined and her knowledge and experience as a realtor came in handy. She is dedicated, made time to answer any questions or concerns even if it was on her time off like weekends.

She always found an exta few minutes just sharing real estate advice, or simply to talk & laugh. It was truly a pleasure to have met Veronica Burns.

Buyer reviewI wanted an agent I could trust and had the practice to explain everything to us, since we were clueless. She also knows alot of people and places in Caldwell and is honest. She has known me for years and is like my big sister, so I knew she would be perfect. Veronica was awesome at meeting deadlines and willing to deliver the inspectors check payments for me when I had family events to take care of. She was there from beginning to the end at closing time. Awesome all around. Best first time buying experience ever. She is awesome!!!

Buyer reviewWhen we first began looking at houses, Veronica was the listing agent for a house we were interested in. We called her asking if we could see the house, as we didn't have a real estate agent. Although we didn't end up moving forward with that house or any other house for well over a year, Veronica consistently stayed in contact with us and sent us new listings. She listened to want we wanted and needed, and provided us with excellent customer service and truly became a friend in the process.
