Vicki Phelps' knowledge and patience is outstanding and much appreciated. She kept us informed in detail throughout our entire selling and buying process. Vicki's work ethic is beyond amazing. In fact she worked with my wife until midnight one night with an issue that came up. Vicki has open communication with prompt answers.
