The many experiences of my life have prepared me to be able to help people in all kinds of situations. When I was born, my father was in the Air Force, we moved often, and I have moved several times with my husband's job transfers. As a young girl I enjoyed drawing floor plans of houses, a career in Real Estate was a natural next step. As a real estate professional, my greatest satisfaction comes from helping my clients achieve their goals. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, a family needing a bigger home, wanting to sell or downsize, or you are interested in investment property, I will be with you every step of the way. My success is not measured in dollar signs or the number of deals closed, but by the satisfaction of my clients. Buyer reviewVicki was great. She did well with negotiation, and gave us good tips on each individual home including pointing out various aspects of each home and details about each locale. In all aspects Vicki did great. We have been buying and selling homes for the last 15 years (lots of moves in the military). I think we have bought 5 (working on 6) homes including this one, and sold 4 homes in that 15 year time period. We have dealt with approximately a dozen realtors on both sides and Vicki is in the top two (tied for the top). We would definitely trust her with purchasing another home if needed or take her advice on a referral if we purchase outside of her normal area. We liked that she looked out for us in attempting to get the lowest price for the purchase and had pertinent comments on each home/neighborhood. She would also defer to us in terms of our preferences.
