Seller reviewAs a widow I was in the dark about sales of my house, my late husband usually handed stuff like this. But Vickie was wonderful, she explained everything and made sure I understood it all. She was so kind and caring about my feelings and so upbeat and positive. She was exactly what I needed to get me through this. She was always fast to respond to my questions via text or phone calls. Her beautiful smile kept me reassured every thing was going to be okay. And it was. I would never consider using anyone else from this point forward. When I get ready to buy I will definitely be calling her. I started out with a real estate agent and ended up with a friend also. God bless her for her hard work and dedication and looking out for me.

Seller reviewVickie did an excellent job from start to finish. The house went under contract shortly after listing and closed in a few short weeks. There were minor repairs needed to the property prior to closing which Vickie handled completely. She hired the contractors and made sure the repairs were done properly without us having to worry about it. There was constant communication throughout the process, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. We will definitely be using Vickie in the future and couldn't recommend her more highly.

Being a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect. I have heard things from others about the process of looking and buying a home, and they all described it as exhausting and/or a pain. I can say that choosing Vickie Perkins was as right of a decision as choosing my home. She made the process of searching for and buying a home a breeze. Once everything was over I was shocked at how easy the process was, and that was because of her doings. She worked hard to make sure I got what I needed and wanted.
