She always made herself available to any and all the homes we were interested in viewing. She made sure we got the lasted information on the history of all the homes and kept us informed on what to look out for. She is a very savvy, professional realtor. Once we finally selected our home. She guided us through every phase of the the buying process from the viewing, to offer, to inspections, to closing. The whole buying experience was great. She stayed in touch with the sellers agent, our mortgage company, the title companies and most importantly us. We always knew what to do and when to do it. I've bought homes in the past but not all the agents can do what Vicky Marshall does. She is someone you can count on to be available, on time and very knowledgeable in her field. She came up with a plan on what we needed to do in order to show case the home and what she would do to advertise and show the home. She made sure we understood the process and the potential numbers that the sale could bring. She was able to answer all our questions on what to expect and calm all our worries. She kept us informed about any potential buyers and their offers. She is a very professional and knowledgeable realtor agent. We would use her again and we did once we finally decided to buy our next home.
