We were due to have our first child early November and decided to move closer to family. We decided to sell early October and Vicky was incredible in getting this done. I do not believe Vicky could have done anything else in the sale of our house. She went above and beyond. First time it was listed, we had two contracts the first day it was shown. One backed out because too much house for a single person and second contract was a contingency where they did not sell their house in the allotted time.
