Victor Bank's professional expertise in setting an appropriate sale price for the house resulted in a very swift sale for a much higher price than we had ever expected. Victor 's experience with the preparation of the house, as well as his assistance in providing resources to accomplish this, was a major reason for a great return on a small investment. I cannot say enough about Victor's professionalism and character, along with his warm personality. Working with Victor made the challenges of selling of a house that much more manageable. He greatly reduced the stress for me. Victor was incredibly responsive to my questions. He would always return my calls and texts within hours, but usually within minutes.
