Victor seemed to know the LA location of homes and value. We dealt with a Family Trust sale and dealt with a buyer's program and loan officer that delayed sale. Victor was professional & respectful. We only had an issue with whole process that had many delays. And my uncle & I we're being pushed/ or pursuaded to sell to investor. We didn't want to sell to investor for under value. Plus we wanted to sell to a family who would take care and cherish our family home. But all in all we are thankful for this whole process to be finished.
