Getting the property ready for sale is always hard on the present owners. Victoria was able to make suggestions on how to move forward and resulted in the property being ready to show in one short month. The preparations resulted in the the house being on the market for only one week and had a large amount of showings. The asking price was the final bid and sale. The final closing was also done faster than normal. A critical element in this process was the fast effective communication using cell phone, text messaging and e-mail. Victoria's knowledge and availability were key in completing this sale of this property.
