She was very responsive to questions and concerns, and I liked that she was tech-savvy in letting me use DocuSign to complete paperwork. She was very respectful of maintaining social distance and wearing a mask, as the viewings and ultimate purchase took place during the covid pandemic.

In my opinion a proper presentation of written description and good pictures are critical. Most people research properties on line and many are passed over because of poor pictures or description. Victoria did an excellent job in both areas. We had one person from Texas see the property online. He few up, did a walk through and made a full price offer. Very smooth transaction. Could not ask for a better experience.
