Seller reviewMy wife and I were out of the country and separated by nine hours of time difference from Victoria. It was of the utmost importance for us to have someone we could count on to represent us since we could not be in the area for the listing, showings, negotiations, closing process, etc. I couldn't begin to describe how wonderful Victoria was to work with and throughout the whole process I felt I could trust her to take care of everything and she was absolutely the best when it came to communication. I really appreciate doing business with someone as professional as Victoria and loved the fact that anytime I had a question or issue, Victoria was incredibly prompt would take care of it immediately. It was almost as if she were waiting for anything to come in from me and would drop whatever it she was doing and address my needs. That's pretty hard to find and these days so if that's the kind of service you are looking for, you've found it. Victoria was simply the best real estate professional I've dealt with in my past 25 years of buying and selling property.

Buyer reviewWe did not know Victoria was a broker at the time we contacted her. I contacted her about a property she had advertised, she informed me that it had already sold but that she believed there was another property available near that one. She asked if I was interested in that property. I said sure. And we began emailing about the property we now own. It wasn't until about a week later with all of our questions, as we're first time homeowners that she informed us she was a broker. She explained what a broker was essentially and how the process works. She basically held our hands throughout the entire process. Victoria was available constantly, answered all of our questions or for the answers if she didn't already have them, she was great. We trusted her which is a very big deal for us since we don't trust many people. She is a lovely woman, I've already recommended her to my sister.

Seller reviewVictoria showed our property when we had it listed a year ago, with a different Real Estate. We were very impressed with her knowledge of what was selling in the area and the prices that land was selling for. She was professional and friendly and asked questions about the property. We took her card and kept her in mind when we decided to list the property again. We made the right choice, she worked very hard to sell our property and it didn't take long, we were so surprised it happened so fast. Since our previous experience was not good and we weren't satisfied with our agent, we feel we found the right person when we chose Victoria. She did a great job. There were some challenges and she didn't hesitate to get things cleared up.
