Buyer reviewVictoria was in our corner through 4 failed contracts. We had a string of back luck, but Victoria was patient, positive, and stuck with us the entire process. In addition, we were unique (some might say challenging) clients in that I am out of state. She went above and beyond to communicate with both me and my father, who assessed all the houses. She made it possible for him to attend each inspection and essentially accommodate any request. Just when we were ready to give up in this tough market, Victoria found the perfect house, the best one of the bunch, and made it happen. Even my lender commented that she was a fantastic realtor, timely and a good communicator. I highly recommend Victoria!

Listened to us ramble about what we envisioned for the house, but never made it seem as if she was listening & discussing because it was her job, but more because she genuinely cared to listen. Absolutely will and already have recommended her to family & friends. Communicated wonderfully when new information arose, or a negotiation offer was rebutted, etc. Explained each document as it came when I didn't fully understand it. Absolutely, undoubtably suggest Victoria for any future buyers who want someone who treats you as an equal and listens to every concern you have. Extremely professional as well.
