Seller reviewI have contracted with Victoria with a sale and purchase previously. Since she was very concerned about my needs, I never considered any other agent this time. Victoria was aware of my changing needs and knew instinctively what we had to do to sell my home. I had an accident which compromised my health and ability to let people into my home after we had a signed contract. Victoria handled everything in a very professional way while maintaining our fiduciary relationship and protecting my privacy. I will never forget her concern. Victoria has listed and sold properties in many price ranges and in many areas. This is a definite asset. Victoria's experience gives her the ability to accurately list a property. She knew how my needs had changed over the last few years and that I wanted to sell quickly. She priced it right and it sold overnight relieving me of additional stress. She truly cares.

Once meeting Victoria, I knew she was real. There is nothing phony about her. I cannot say that about some agents I've met. There was no way I would consider anyone other than Victoria. I feel grateful I met Victoria. She did handle a sale and purchase for me in 2011 as well as 2017. She never ignores a phone call, text or e-mail. She knows how to negotiate depending upon the individuals involved and the property under consideration. She is very experienced in all areas of real estate. She continues to stay on top of the highs and lows in the market and would never try to push a sale. Her work ethics are second to none! Because of her experience and years in real estate, she is well known by many other realtors in the area and is well-liked by them as well. She is able to guide her clients in the right direction in a sale or purchase such as recommending a lending institution, attorney, etc. Victoria Unger is a huge asset to her office and the clients she represents. Once you have met Victoria, you will not go to another agent when the need arises.
