Vinny not only did an outstanding job marketing our property, but provided us with essential guidance and necessary repairs, including services of a handyman to replace windows, clean out & repairs to dry-rot affected areas, landscape upgrades, and painting the shop, and others. He told me at the outset that we needed to rent a dumpster; I initially balked, but then did so, and we ended up filling it to capacity! We've bought & sold 4 houses over the years, and worked with many real estate agents. In our opinion, Vinny is the best of the lot.

I meet Mr. Arbizo through a family member. During our first meeting I explained what I expected from his service and was adamant regarding honesty. I also explained I live 250 miles away and didn't want to drive back and forth for the sale of the home. He listened and asked relevant questions. Throughout the process he updated regularly and explained to me the "real estate" language that I was not familiar with. In summary, Mr. Arbizo was honest, has integrity and I would definitely recommend him to others
