Seller reviewVincent was the first person we called before any renovations were done. Throughout the renovations, 3-4 other realtors asked to speak with us. Although we spoke with them, none measured up to Vincent as far as knowledge, experience, honesty and what we saw as the ability to get the job done. We did not expect things to go as smoothly as they did. Every time a problem came up, Vincent solved it quickly. We had never sold a house before and were very wary of the process. Vincent made everything easy. Vincent did everything we were hoping an agent would do for us, and more. I wish all of my dealings with other professionals went as well as our dealings with Vincent.

Seller reviewFrom beginning to end Vince Bernarducci was in total control of the entire process and went above and beyond from the early stages of preparing the house; to marketing, showing and closing. He had great recommendations on what repairs to do and who to hire to help us maximize the sale price and all involved were fairly priced and professional. He valued the house correctly from the beginning and resulted in a very good sale for us. His superior knowledge of the area and the sales process ensured us a great result. Vince is a true professional and comes highly recommended from our family.
