Personal Profile
Vince has been selling real estate in the local market since 1993 and has helped his clients to successfully close hundreds of transactions. His primary focus has been on single family homes, investment real estate, farms and small to mid sized commercial properties. For the years of 1999 through 2005 he was the top producing sales associate out of an office of approximately 20 agents. In 2006 Vince became owner and broker of Century 21 A Better Way with offices in Carlisle and Shippensburg with approximately 25 sales associates. His business is now focused on providing his company's clients with exceptional customer service and value as well as helping other real estate professionals to grow and succeed in their careers.
Vince has been very active with the local and state associations of Realtors, having served as a president of the Carlisle Association of Realtors and as member of the board of directors for both The Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors and The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. H e is also involved in his community and is a past president of the Newville Lions Club and currently serves as Chariman of the Newville Economic Development Authority.
A successful career in real estate does not allow much time for hobbies but he thinks that if he ever finds the time, he might go fishing.

Seller reviewVince has worked with us when we were buying, selling, and investing (rentals), and he has always looked out for our interests. It was only on for a week before we got our buyer--and we got asking price. This was the second sale within a few weeks--a double header! This was another rental property that was being sold to a first-time homebuyer, and Vince handled any issues that came up very quickly and efficiently. I don't know how Vince did it all the time, but there were very few issues and any that did crop up just seemed to disappear with no effort (on my part).

This was a unique sale in which the existing tenant bought the property. Vince made sure she was comfortable with the process and helped her with her first-time buying experience.
