Personal Profile
Vince has been selling real estate in the local market since 1993 and has helped his clients to successfully close hundreds of transactions. His primary focus has been on single family homes, investment real estate, farms and small to mid sized commercial properties. For the years of 1999 through 2005 he was the top producing sales associate out of an office of approximately 20 agents. In 2006 Vince became owner and broker of Century 21 A Better Way with offices in Carlisle and Shippensburg with approximately 25 sales associates. His business is now focused on providing his company's clients with exceptional customer service and value as well as helping other real estate professionals to grow and succeed in their careers.
Vince has been very active with the local and state associations of Realtors, having served as a president of the Carlisle Association of Realtors and as member of the board of directors for both The Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors and The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. H e is also involved in his community and is a past president of the Newville Lions Club and currently serves as Chariman of the Newville Economic Development Authority.
A successful career in real estate does not allow much time for hobbies but he thinks that if he ever finds the time, he might go fishing.

Buyer reviewI AM A REAL ESTATE INVESTOR AND I BUY SEVERAL HOUSES A YEAR. I WAS BUYING A HOUSE FOR MY LEASE OPTION TENANTS BECAUSE THE HOUSE I HAD ORIGINALLY HAD AN AGREEMENT ON, FELL THROUGH. AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS OF LIVING IN THAT HOUSE, I HAD TO FIND A HOUSE FOR MY TENANTS FAST. WE CALLED ABOUT A HOUSE THAT VINCE HAD LISTED. MY TENANTS REALLY LIKED VINCE, SO HE ENDED UP SHOWING US SEVERAL HOMES AND FINALLY WE DECIDED ON ONE. VINCE WAS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH HIM AGAIN. Having dealt with in the past, Vince does not go home at 5:00 p.m. - willing to do whatever it takes be it day or night to make sure he is doing all he can do to represent his client to the fullest extent. Buying or selling in the future - not even a consideration to look further for an agent/broker. When you are fortunate to have "THE BEST" - why would ever change ? Vince trueing brings the term "A Better Way" to life in his everyday business practices. Great experience. We had a closing cancellation which went on for over 3 weeks. Vince was very supportive - timely with the extensions and hands on involved with the selling agent - settlement attorney and bank load originator. Called in when he was a brief vacation just to make sure I was doing ok and checking the progress of the transaction. Puts clients before himself. "SUPERMAN" Definitely EXCEEDED my expectations.
