Personal Profile
Vince has been selling real estate in the local market since 1993 and has helped his clients to successfully close hundreds of transactions. His primary focus has been on single family homes, investment real estate, farms and small to mid sized commercial properties. For the years of 1999 through 2005 he was the top producing sales associate out of an office of approximately 20 agents. In 2006 Vince became owner and broker of Century 21 A Better Way with offices in Carlisle and Shippensburg with approximately 25 sales associates. His business is now focused on providing his company's clients with exceptional customer service and value as well as helping other real estate professionals to grow and succeed in their careers.
Vince has been very active with the local and state associations of Realtors, having served as a president of the Carlisle Association of Realtors and as member of the board of directors for both The Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors and The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. H e is also involved in his community and is a past president of the Newville Lions Club and currently serves as Chariman of the Newville Economic Development Authority.
A successful career in real estate does not allow much time for hobbies but he thinks that if he ever finds the time, he might go fishing.

Buyer reviewVince is exceptional at working with first-time home buyers, in particular. An agent that previously worked with him gave me the recommendation and it proved to be a fantastic experience. Vince shows a great deal of patience with, and understands, the process of trial and error, fears and excitement and unexpected twists. The summer of 2024 proved to be a seller's market, with homes sold before we could see them, or within a few days. Decisions had to be made quickly; there was very little negotiating with sellers, and deals were lost, quite literally, over last minute cash offers received during lunch. Vince became a cheerleader, of sorts, in helping me stay motivated. He gave me as much info as he could when looking at homes, and gave great advice on what to expect for upkeep, or the cost of taking on certain projects. He crawled under homes, and miraculously came out without a spot on him, lol! All so I could find just what I needed in a home. That, by the way, turned out GREAT!
