Seller reviewI had my home listed for sale since September of 2015. We had it listed with another Broker. After many months of nothing happening, I decided at the end of June we would switch to Violet through a recommendation of a friend. Violet sold out home within TWO WEEKS. I was completely impressed by the plans she had to get the ball rolling with our home. She had plans to do Open Houses (which we never needed to because it sold so quick!) and ideas to really show off and spotlight the best features of our home. Violet was also very helpful when it came to beginning the paperwork with our home. She was very detailed and gave clear direction to what was going to happen. She also made the closing go smooth which was perfect as I did not have a lot of time during the day to handle this manner. She gave great communication during the closing stages of our home. I am impressed by the sale of our home and would recommend Violet to friends and family.
