She acknowledged that everyone has different experiences and needs different answers--and encouraged me to ask any questions I had. She was always available either in person or by phone. There were several challenges with the other party in getting to closing, but she guided us through them well. Her kindness, knowledge, and professionalism were always appreciated.

Since we have closed on several properties together over the past couple of years, Violet anticipates my requests and proactively provides comps and other tidbits of information. As an investor, I want to pay a "fair" price and Violet has never tried to talk me out of extending a reasonable offer!
