She went above and beyond helping us through the process, from using Grants for Grads and even helping us purchase a HUD home. She was extremely knowledgeable and always available to help. When the time came for us to relocate several years later, I knew exactly who to call. We sold our home the first weekend after our first showing - we had to pick between two full-price offers. Virginia helped us through this difficult time, always getting things done quickly and available for advice at any time. She even worked to find us a great agent in the area to which we were relocating and stayed actively involved in that side of the process as well. She does not try to sugarcoat something that is wrong with the house and if there is a problem she will point that out . If I was to buy or sell another house I would call her first . I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house she is number one in my book
