Virginia has excellent communication skills and was respectful to my 82 year old mother during the entire process There was never a need to deal with anyone but Virginia she handled everything Over the course of my life I have sold 4 houses and this experience was by far the smoothest most efficient experience I have had. Virginia went above and beyond. I was on vacation during part of the sale and she dealt with all the minor complications from the county for me because I wasn't in the state.
