He answered every question I had, was quick with updates, was very accommodating in scheduling, and had great recommendations at each step of the process. He genuinely wants what's best for his clients, and does everything in his power to make that happen. When issues arose, he would call having already thought through many potential solutions, but made sure I was well-informed and not pressured into a decision before I was ready. Seeing everything Vish did left me with a much greater appreciation for the work real estate agents do. I'll always be grateful to him for the incredible job he did to get me my first home. I couldn't have done it without him.

Seller reviewVISH delivering a quality, high-end service. I interviewed several agents to RENT my home in Torrance and the decision was easy for me: I was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge of the Southbay market, attention to detail and unpretentious nature of their team. The other agents I interviewed seemed to care more about some award they won or how they were #1 in sales for a month or something - it was very off-putting to say the least. Vish focused on me and my home, and they were impressive until the very end. I am a Lender and as you can imagine, details are important in my world. Vish Sharma were transparent and clear with expected costs and what to expect throughout every step of the way. My expectations were exceeded, the outcome was positive (7 offers and Rented) and I will definitely be calling them again when I am ready to buy or sell again.
