Continuing my education to serve my clients better I am now a licensed Associate Real Estate broker. My dedication, entrepreneurial skill, and community leadership, have made me to become a first class realtor. Being born and raised in The Bronx, I have called City Island home for the last 34 years.
When looking for a home for myself, the peace and serenity I felt while driving over the bridge in to City Island was so welcoming. 'Its a small town in the vastness of New York City with the flavor of a quaint New England fishing village.' I have been involved in this community and was awarded a Citation for my efforts from the Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr., for m commitment and tenacity.
I re-entered the Real Estate Industry in 1988 as an agent and Vice President of Operations in mortgage banking. After having my youngest child, I left the mortgage industry to work in the family funeral home as the CFO for thirty five years and helped orchestrate the transition of the multi-generation family business.
Now, I have returned to real estate full time working for Century21-Marciano with a breadth of prior experience in effective marketing techniques and the home search technologies of today's housing market. My passion is seen through my work and is reflected in my clients on-line reviews.
My favorite homes are the ones of historical character. My own home was built in 1883 and came with a history and family dynamics of earlier times. The excitement that comes with discovering pieces of history is second to none. The joy that comes with helping buyers or sellers close on a home is a sense of satisfaction that I take to heart.

Seller reviewMy wife and I do not live in Yonkers. But when her father died we had to sell his coop arpartment. A good friend recommened Tina Ruggiero. And she was great! She made immediate suggestions about handling a few changes. She came up with a great idea for pricing and within two days after the apartment went on sale she got it. But there was a problem, a complex one dealing with a will and the ownership of the apartment. She was great. She was in contact with both the buyers and us as the issue worked through the courts. She is the best! Within hours after the court decided, she had a closing set up and we were able to work with her and our attorney to comple the sale. I would work with her any time. I am a retired educator and have friends planning to retire soon and move and every single one of them has her number. She is the best realtor we ever worked with. Century 21 should be proud to have her as an agent.
