Seller reviewVivian is honest, professional, and really knows real estate. She went above and beyond our expectations. Our house was in contract in less than 24 hours after listing, with back up offers above asking price. Her communication skills are outstanding, as we move out of state, yet I was notified of every showing, and she corresponded often with updates. Vivian is a go-getter, and works non stop. My texts were responded to within minutes, no matter what time of day or evening. She is "the best of the best" and that is not something I say to many.
