Buyer reviewVugar is highly motivated person to be ready for a top performer of his domain field. I feel he is working 24 hours, 365 days (even we worked together from November to January, a holiday time). There is no too small things for him to take care, like a gathering information about market, searching for a cleaner, mover, planning an upgrade as a after sales service etc. For sure to do a big ticket item proactively, he handled a deal with his counter part agent to negotiate. My request to him was sometime weird, like expanding 45 days closing days, but he did. His judgement to do a right things at a right timing is another noticeable skill. We jump-started to hunt a property in a desired area, then get a deal done. Without his insight, I might look for a property insanity long time, or bit to a overpriced listing. It is a definitely right decision to have him as an agent of my side.

Seller reviewI have recently completed a sell of my condo. It was a great journey of six months. He comes up with a plan from the first meeting, presents me a plan - how he wants to compete with other sellers of this area, shows a statistic data from a market, and then estimates a value we can generate from the transaction. After I signed an agency agreement, his advice goes very details. The everything is to maximize our profit and values of property, without using a lot of resources. Until the last day of closing, he cares all the unease or unfamiliar situations to me. It eases me, sincea first-time home seller is unfamiliar, doubtful or lack of ideas about the real estate biz. It is important to mention, his personality is also great. His always-positive and ready-to-help attitude should bring a special ingredient to your journey too. In the end, I would recommend him to a person who thinks selling/buying a property in a near future.
