We started out selling/buying process in October of 2018. We had the luxury of a transitional home with friends so we were able to take our time to find the perfect home. We finally found the right one in April 2019 and closed in June 2019 (delayed by seller). Wade has been so extremely patient during this time and beyond helpful. Any questions or concerns I had were met with such confidence and ease. I could email any time of the day and would have a response in less than 24 hours, even when I accidentally bugged him during his vacation. We were truly blessed to have Wade on our side to help us through the selling and buying process. Everything went smoothly and I cannot praise him or his work enough. Wade Elfner has helped my parents buy and sell their homes several times. He gave them an excellent experience then which is why when my wife and I moved into the area four years ago we contacted him to help us buy a house.
