Seller reviewWade did NOT come across like a car dealer, trying to force me into decisions, or force there opinions on me! This was very important to me! Appeared to be reliable & trustworthy! Was respectful, & listened to me! Walked me through each step, especially with electronic devices, also saving me travel expenses & time, which was very important since I lived out of state! Explained everything to me clearly, and came across in a professional yet friendly manor! This also was important to me! Wade communicated with me everything that I needed to know! His wife Jessica, assisted him, & walked me through every electronic step that I needed to take, to complete the sale! Was kind & helpful! Was extreamly pleased with the sale & the full process in completing this sale I had contact with the title company while completing the sale! There was no one else except Wade & Jessica that I was in contact with other the contracts sent to me electronically! Again very pleased! Very, very pleased, with the help they extended & the completion of the sale of this property! It had been listed previously, for 5 years with another company! Couldn't be more pleased with the sale and with Wade & his wife Jessica! I would recommend them highly to anyone!

Buyer reviewWade and Jessica made our home-buying experience smooth and easy. They advocated for us to allow us to take prior possession so our special needs child did not have to transfer from one school a month into the school year. Wade and Jessica were accessible and understanding, even when I was freaking out right before we took possession of the home. When we were initially looking for a home, they addressed our needs, as well as our "wish list", when showing us homes. They referred us to a mortgage broker that was amazing, which made the process even more smooth. Wade and Jessica gave us information for insurance companies, which saved us a lot of time on investigating! They walked us through the process, step-by-step, and kept us apprised of every detail. Their level of advocacy, expertise, professionalism, communication, and downright friendliness is second to none. The only negative I have is that they did their job all too well, and found us our forever home, so we will not have the pleasure of working with them again!
