Buyer reviewWe ran into several hiccups in the process of buying our home but wade was right by us, on our team the whole time. I never once had to wonder what was going on or why. He explained everything in detail and made sure we were always moving along as fast as possible. He was also incredible about communication, which is a big deal for me. I like to know everything and I knew he would always answer if i called or emailed. In general, Wade was just great and I have already recommended him to friends.

He was professional in every aspect but personable at the same time. He answered our questions and relayed information to and from our buyers Realtor, quickly. He is assertive but never pushy. He was friendly ,knowledgeable , and helped walk me through step by step. Wade did a great job. He kept me informed as to the process and made sure everything went smooth from start to finish .
