Wade Stover did more than the previous two agents we hired combined. He came with a no-BS range of possibilities from selling today or a year down the road. I picked somewhere in the middle. Due to no fault of Wade's the deal took a lot longer than anyone anticipated due to title problems. Wade stuck by us and although I'm sure the commission was less than he was worth, he never made me feel like I was a PITA! I too am a Realtor, in Pensacola with about two and a half years experience Wade was like a Jedi Master to me. I learned a lot about my job, mostly about how to never make any deal seem small or insignificant to any of the parties. To these people they are all big deals! I could never thank Wade enough for being there (my voice in Crossville) when I couldn't. I also have the utmost respect for the way he managed to take his family time and make it priority. I would not use anyone but Wade in buying or selling of property. I think he is the best.

We contacted Wade Stover initially for a property that he had for sale, but it did not meet what we were looking for. We continued to look at more houses and came up with a list of homes we wanted to see. Wade was very accommodating on the times, especially since it was very hard for me to get away from work during the day to look at homes. We went to look at several and Wade would ask what we liked about each house or what we didn't like. He would have us compare each house to the others. As we are first time home buyers we went into this with very little knowledge of the process. Each step of the way Wade was there to answer questions that we had about paperwork or the process itself. We have now been in our new home for almost a week and are in love with it.
