Just finished selling and buying a house using Walter Cuestas as our agent. After living in our old home for 36 years we made the decision to down size. We took our time over the past couple of years looking on Zillow. A couple of months ago we found this home we wanted to look into. I remembered hearing what a great guy Walter was (from friends) and thought he'd probably be someone that we could work with. He met all our expectations and then some. He guided us through all the steps and helped us know exactly what we needed to do to meet the dates for closing. He's very knowledgable as well as honest. Walter was a good friend from church. Very pleased with the way Walter worked with us, sometimes it wasn't easy, but he tried very hard to make it easier. He was always respectful of us and our family and tried very hard to please us. He and his son also helped load our truck!
