Seller reviewWe highly recommend using Wanda Goodrich to help you sell or buy a house because she has been our realtor three times for both and we know from experience how hard she works to accomplish a sell or buy as soon as possible with our concerns her top priority. The whole process runs smoothly we have never had a glitch. She's experienced in the reality business and if she doesn't know the answer to your question she gets back to you with the answer quickly. She's very considerate and never heavy-handed and an all around nice person. Her advice is subtle and knowing about matters we didn't know would be important. We will not hesitate to use her for our realtor again.
