Wanda is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and has been licensed in real estate for more than 32 years. She also holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University with concentrations in management, facility layout, design and architecture. She provides specialized real estate services in St. Mary's, Calvert, Charles, Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties. In her spare time, Wanda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, listening to music, sports, volunteering in local non-profit organizations, and church ministries. Seller reviewWanda is an exceptional agent. I would suggest she teach some other agents because she understands what customer service is. This is the second time I have used her. She helped me purchase my first home 5 years ago and now that I am married, she was able to help us secure and purchase our forever home. She is knowledgable, polite and actually listens when a buyer explains what they are looking for and what their concerns are. She has never made me feel uncomfortable in the sense of trying to push an agenda of selling me a property that doesn't line up with our vision.
