Seller reviewThe "Excellent" tab falls short in comparison to the professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy that Wasyl Onulack, Jr. displayed. It's not an act on his part. He genuinely fits the above description. If I could have rated him higher, then, I would have. The house sold in less than two weeks, and yes, I had my uncertainties, but he (figuratively speaking) held my hand, walked me through this, and continuously reassured me that it was gonna turn out well. Sure enough, he was spot on. I had 100 questions at all hours of the day and he had 100 answers at all hours of the day. His game plan was amazing. It was a cash offer well over the listed price four days in from posting the house. HE saved me financially. Again, I must reiterate, HE saved me financially. I am forever grateful to him for this! 100% I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to sell their home... Thank you, Wasyl... ?
