Seller reviewThis was our third in a series of related sales/purchases, all done with Wasyl. He was great for all three. We had three offers within a day and a half of the listing going on the MLS. Wasyl helped us figure out what we should do to get the place ready to show, and clearly it worked.

Buyer reviewWasyl had just sold a home for us and it was a great experience so we used him to help us find our new home. Wasyl is incredibly patient and pragmatic. We had a setback on our house-hunting journey when we lost a house to another bidder, but he very patiently started the search over with us. He's great when you're looking at houses, because he doesn't try to sell you one way or the other on a particular place, but is helpful in pointing out things that you might have missed, or answering questions you have.
