Buyer reviewWayne is patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and he always kept us informed! Easy to get in touch and easy to talk to. To demonstrate that he knew what we wanted and his patience, I'll share how many houses he showed us and which house we closed on. We spoke to Wayne and he understood right away what we wanted. We loved the first house he showed us and ended up closing on it, but we wanted to explore other options, so he patiently showed us 15-20 other properties. I will use Wayne in the future and will recommend him to everyone!
