It's an honor to show my thanks to military families for their service & sacrifice by eliminating the stress, concerns, issues with another move to a new area. I firmly adhere to the standard of providing excellent service in all aspects related to the move for e.g. Communities, schools, transportation restraints and desired amenities that meets the needs of the family. My passion is to ensure the home selected meets over 90% of their criterion where I painstakingly make adjustments, recommendations and exhibit the skills and patience until the client is truly happy with the choice made.

We had an idea of what we were looking for in our future home, but had no idea how to navigate the market to turn those dreams into a reality. Wayne Reid was the perfect teammate in this effort. He really listened to our needs and honored our vision and risk tolerances while educating us and helping us adapt our strategy to make sure we could secure a purchase in ways we were comfortable with. Wayne is not only knowledgeable and effective, he has a warm personality and truly cares about his clients. This was reflected in how easily he was to contact and how quick he was to champion us in any opportunity that came up in a rapidly shifting real estate landscape. We were working under an extremely tight deadline--living on the opposite side of the country, only in town for three days to view properties--and he helped us curate a list, and then went above and beyond to make sure we viewed as many properties as efficiently as possible in the time available. Truly above and beyond--he came down with a mild case of Covid just before the viewings, and enlisted a partner to drive me in a second car from property to property so I could see everything without getting sick. Nor did Covid stop him from submitting our bid in timely and efficient fashion for what would become our dream home. Truly a joy to work with, and I would recommend to anyone looking for a house!

He was very patient with me, guided me through preparations, made recommendations, was completely available when I needed, resolved any issues or concerns immediately (which was minimal), and overall made the process PAIN FREE! This was my first home, so he successfully helped me buy and sell this house within a 9 year timeframe. I have decided to delay home buying, but when and if I do again - Wayne will be my guy! ?

We really appreciated his help with speaking to other agents, especially sellers and collecting details and other critical information. Wayne also made us laugh. While we didn't show it, we were quite nervous but his cheerful personality eased the mood and helped us feel better about our choices.
