She always made it a point to clearly communicate with us and made sure we understood what was taking place during the entire process of our purchase. Wen was very knowledgable and helpful during the entire process. She was always available and very flexible when my schedule was not. Wen especially helped during the final escrow process, ensuring I understood the paperwork.

She is very accommodating, easy to deal with, confident of what she's doing and, very understanding person, since day 1 that we started our transaction with her until we were able to move to our new home.
