We have known Wen for years now. She had sold us our first home back in 2012 in Port Hueneme. When we decided to purchase our second home just a few months back, we knew we wanted to use her again. Wen is exceptionally great at what she does. She is very professional, and is always willing to work with you at any given time, even on the day(s) that she is not working. She answers all questions accurately and patiently, and she completes all necessary documents in a timely manner. She always arrives on time on any given location, and always comes prepared. She makes this long, stressful process of home-buying very enjoyable. I highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying a home.

I am in the military, was in the process of leaving my command and going to school when we put the house up for sale. Wen with her understanding on my families situation made an easy and smooth transition. Due to this I did not have to worry about getting the house sold. First off I want to thank Ms Wen Fernandez for the unparalleled service she provided to us. Weekends and evenings alike, she was there to accommodate us due to working hours were not feasible other than the times mentioned. She was willing, even evening at dusk and still showing us houses and she didn't stop looking the perfect house that suits our demands and liking.
