Personal Profile
I grew up on a ranch in Eastern Johnson County, where my great grandparents homesteaded. I am a fourth generation Wyoming resident and I truly love our great state! I enjoy rodeo and training barrel horses. I acquired my Associate Brokers license in 2019 and I enjoy all aspects of real estate. I have had the pleasure of working with several outstanding clients, whom several have become close friends. I hope to share my knowledge of North Eastern Wyoming to help my clients with all of their real estate needs!

Seller reviewWendy Greenough was an amazing advocate for our home sale. Our home was located in a difficult area to sell because of its remoteness. For example we were unable to be around during much of the process and she took charge driving 60 miles to ensure the heater was working properly during a cold snap. Wendy was recommended to us from a friend in realty and she was familiar with the area which was hugely important to us. She is familiar with ths market, and current trends which make her remarkably suited for marketing and recommending a way forward. Finally, during the process, we were faced with some important decisions that we had no experience with, and would ask her for her recommendations based on her experience, and she ALWAYS gave sound advice.
