Bringing extensive knowledge and experience of the real estate market, I offer clients an outstanding level of service. Honesty and integrity are two characteristics that have helped me build a business of repeat clients and referrals. I have been in sales for 25+ years and selling real since 2005. I have received the North Pulaski Board of Realtors Award for Excellence every year since joining the business. I specialize in helping people sell their current home and purchasing another, but also enjoy working with first time buyers as well. While the process can be stressful, I focus on making the transition as smooth and stress free as possible by getting to know clients and meeting their needs. I am a wife and devoted mother. When I am not selling real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children and seven grandchildren.

Buyer reviewWe moved to Jacksonville ten years ago, bought our old house using prestige realty. Recently, we came into your office looking for Alma, she was no longer there. So, I requested an older and /or experienced realtor. Your wonderful front desk receptionist hooked me up with Wendy. From there her, my wife and myself proceeded on with a wonderful home buying experience. She took the time to show us so many houses, in many different price ranges. The experience of this home purchase was awesome!!! In so many ways! We had recently had a house fire, we lost everything. Our home had burned to the ground. I was using my cell phone to conduct all business for our family. There was a lot of stress, so many choices and a lot of confusion. We had a rental, but no computer or fax anymore. Wendy knew thru experience what we were going thru. She was there all thru the process. Your front receptionist is awesome too. She copied, faxed, kept my paperwork straight. My family and myself are completely satisfied with our experience with prestige realty! Wendy is Awesome! We will refer anyone who asks straight to prestige realty. Thanks again, Bill Hansen
