Wendy was extremely quick and organized and set up a showing for us to see the property and the process to buy our home was very seamless and quite easy. Wendy always explained what the next step was and what I was signing so I felt comfortable and understood everything as a first time home buyer this was very important. Wendy did a great job negotiating the price of our home for us and got it to a price we were comfortable purchasing. She is very personable and professional I would absolutely recommend her! She was very accessible and always called or texted me back the same day if not the same hour! Even when I had a million questions! Wendy was absolutely wonderful to work with! She walked me through the whole home buying experience and I'd have to say not one part of it was stressful due to Wendy's knowledge and recomendations. We love our new home!
