Buyer reviewWendy Mitchel is Wonderful , hard working, compassionate, knowledgeable , kind, helpful, on time , communicated and encouraged us to look till we found what we wanted. We got answers immediately. Sometimes we missed a call or text but she would continue till she got us. She was on time and communicated even if just a few minutes past the time to meet. I would recommend her for all those reasons. We looked at 52 homes...I kept and counted the papers she gave us before we began each search. She wanted to listen to our ideas, our needs, our suggestions and encouraged us to really LOOK. We found our home and are sitting in it now writing. They were there for us every step of the way; from preparing our house for showing, to helping us through our move. Wendy's suggested upgrades were affordable and helpful in transforming our house into a beautiful show ready home. Her marketing skills brought in prospective buyers and her knowledge of the market got us the price we needed. She sold our house in four days. She was always professional and readily available for any questions we might have had regarding the sale of our home.
