The buyer's agent was simply incompetent, and the lender/underwriter placed wholly unnecessary obstacles toward granting the buyers a loan. Wendy Englande willingly and energetically did extra work in order to bring about closing on schedule. Wendy Englande's people skills are unparalleled.
